Electrostatic Liquid Cleaning (ELC) machine.
Eletrostatic liquid/ oil cleaning machine removes all types and all sizes of suspended / solid / Particles / contamination from the oil including resins and oxidation products. ELC removes submicronic particles up to 0.1 micron
High voltage transformer (HVT) is a heart of the ELC machine and output of HVT is 10-12 KVDC (Kilo Volt Direct Current). in cleaning chamber, Dust collector paperares are kept in between positive (+) and negative (-) electrodes. Oil flow comes frombottom to top. Because of KVDC, contamination gets charge (Here oil does not charged and / or oil properties does not affect) either positive (+) or negative (-) pole and attract to opposite pole. During traveling contaminations are trapped by dust collector papers.Thus, oil gets clean.
Varnish : Varnish is a thousand of very thin layers on surface of school, valve, gears, vanes/parts of pumps. These gradually reduce the clearance and increases the friction leading to wear and tear. Thisvarnish is removed by ELC machine Only.
