Low Vacuum Dehydration (LVDH) / Vacuum Dehydration & Degasification Unit (VDDU) Is A Mobile Compact Unit To Remove Free. Emulsified And Dissolved Water/ Moisture From Ther Mineral/Synthetic Oils At Low Temperature Under Vacuum Condition. LVDH Removes 90% Gases, Such As Ammonia And Hydrogen Sulphide. Oil Is Indirect Heated For 55-65 Centigrade Temp. And Reaching To Vacuum Chamber. The Combination Of Low Heat And Vacuum Causes Water And Gas To Flash Into Steam/Vapour At a Lower Temprature Then The Oil's Thermal Breakdown Point. This Increases The Exposed Surface Area Of The Oil And Convert The Water/Gas To Vapour/Steam Form, Which Is Then Drwan Through The Condenser By The Vacuum Pump. Here Hot Vapour Will Cool Down And Collected By Water Tank. Water Free/ Clean Oil Passes Out From The Vacuum Chamber, Back To The Main System By Discharge Pump. This Is a Multi Cycle Process
